Bearded Theory is the Midlands largest performing and creative arts festival which is hosted within the iconic grounds of Catton Hall in Derbyshire.
Following the massive success of Bearded Theory 2013 our sixth consecutive sell-out we have immediately confirmed our return in 2014 on May 23rd, 24th and 25th with the gates opening on Thursday 22nd

Ryecroft Summer Arts Festival
Ryecroft Summer Arts Festival - Centre Stage!
Ryecroft Summer Arts Festival is a celebration of the performing arts, including - but limited to - music, dance, drama and poetry. A chance to share your talent.
The event will include performance workshops, as well as many art and craft stalls - please book your space now.
There will be a Food Quarter and we would be delighted to welcome more purveyors of street food to our Festival Family.
The performance schedule for the Central Stage at this year’s Ryecroft Summer Arts Festival is looking rather special.
We are pleased to Welcome Tom Spacer - Space Rock Musician, Something Good - Community Singers of 60′s and 70′s songs, Stage Coach - Uttoxeter Branch, who have joined the festival family this week.
Kimberley- Rose will be bringing a selection of performance from her Children’s Theatre Workshops based in the town.
Organisers are planning in some ‘open mic’ time for anyone wishing to join us on the day. So polish up your act and get yourself along to join the line up!
Signal Radio’s George Smith will be hosting the main stage .
Volunteers are needed for a variety of festival jobs. If you want to get involved contact the organisers on 01889 591339 / 07807 547815 or just come along on the day,
The Festival will take place at Ryecroft Middle School, Denstone Lane, Rocester on Sunday 18th May 2014. Exhibits and Attractions open at 1pm through to 5.3pm.
