Getting a card
You can purchase a rewards card at a one-off cost of £5.00 from any of the participating businesses. This entitles you to access each outlet’s individual promotional offer. The scheme uses ‘chip’ technology, which allows shoppers to use just one card in all participating businesses.
How it works
Points are earned when card holders spend money at participating outlets. When you’ve accumulated sufficient points - see details against each participating outlet - you can claim your reward from the business where the points have been earned (points are not transferable to other outlets; whilst you can earn points at any participating outlet, you can only redeem points where they were accumulated).

| 3. | The card has a redemption value of 0.0001p. |
| 4. | By use of the card you agree to all the conditions as supplied with the card or as amended and displayed on www.visitashbourne.co.uk/rewards. |
| 5. | Ashbourne Partnership and participating businesses are not liable for compensation for any lost or stolen cards or unredeemed accumulated points. |
| 6. | Ashbourne Partnership may withdraw the reward card scheme or alter the conditions (including the value of the points) at any time without notice. |
| 7. | To earn Reward points you must present your Rewards Card at the time of making purchases. |
| 8. | Points can only be earned, held or exchanged as set out in this leaflet and cannot be used against purchases of gift vouchers. |
| 9. | Points are not transferable between Participating Outlets. The points earned in one outlet can only be redeemed in that outlet. |
| 10. | Cards may be invalid if damaged, altered or defaced. Please note that exposure to heat, magnets, electricity and mobile phones may damage the silicon chip inside the card and data on the card may be lost. No refunds or compensation will be payable. |
| 11. | These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer |
